Tips of calorie restriction

            

  •  You should eat various kinds of food, including cereals, dairy products, meats, vegetables, and fruits.

  •  No snack after dinner.

  •  Don’t eat too full.

  •  Eat slowly.

  •  Eat low-fat and high-fiber diet.

  •  Drink more water, less soft drink.

  •  Walk 30 minutes after meal.

  •  Regular exercise, three times weekly.
