Tips of calorie restriction
You should eat various kinds of food, including cereals, dairy products, meats, vegetables, and fruits.
No snack after dinner.
Don’t eat too full.
Eat slowly.
Eat low-fat and high-fiber diet.
Drink more water, less soft drink.
Walk 30 minutes after meal.
Regular exercise, three times weekly.
