Patient Guide：
  • Specimen reception counter is opened at Am 07:30 from Monday to Saturday.
  • Please take the number slip by yourself before 07:30 am and wating for calling to draw blood.
  • Please bring the order sheet to counter for registration at 07:30 ~12:00 from Monday to Saturday and wating to draw blood after booking.
  • Please take the number slip by yourslef at 12:00~22:00 from Monday to Friday and wating to draw blood.
  • Be aware of charged by cashier completely before bring the order sheet to OPD specimen reception counter.
  • AC sugar : please fasting 8 hours before examination sugar test.
    PC sugar : please await 2 hours eat after meal then examination sugar test .
  • Please place urine or stool sample on wicket with order sheet after collected in bathroom on weekday and please take to counter directly after 16:00 pm.
