Division of Medical Imaging, one branch from Department of Radiology, consists of ten attending radiologists, one resident, 38 technicians, six nurses, eight personnel and two research assistants.
In addition to excellent staff, modern imaging machines, including two multi-detector CT(MDCT), one duo-source CT(DSCT), two MR machines, one angiography suite, fluoroscopy, several computed radiography(CR) and digital radiography(DR) are equipped in this division.
The staff is capable of extensive service, including diagnostic imaging of neuroradiology, thoracic imaging, cardiovascular imaging, breast and woman imaging, hepatobiliary imaging, gastrointestinal imaging, uroradiology, musculoskeletal imaging and pediatric radiology. In addition, minimal invasive interventional therapy, such as coiling of intracranial aneurysm, embolization of arterio-venous malformation and fistula, trans-arterial embolization for variable bleeding foci through the body, tumor ablation and chemoembolization, image-guided biopsy and drainage are also provided.
