2. 研究內容及方向
本團隊之研究領域主要為組織工程、幹細胞以及軟骨機械生理學。目前主要研究方向包括「以自體血液成分與軟骨基質為支架，合併自體幹細胞之軟骨修復方法：組織培養、機制探討與動物實驗」與「利用幹細胞及軟骨基質以基因工程與組織工程方法將退化性關節炎之關節軟骨予以年輕化及再生」等。
本團隊結合骨科醫師與醫學工程專業人才，各發揮所長，針對骨組織再生之修復機制、機械生理學之改變及最佳化之骨生長基材進行研究探討；並輔以（自體）幹細胞應用以促進骨修復之研究，以期發展更具臨床使用價值之骨組織治療方式。
