Introduction to Division of Allergy, Immunology and Rheumatology
Division of Allergy, Immunology and Rheumatology (AIR) is a subspecialty of Internal Medicine. This division deals with all kinds of acute or chronic arthritis, such as gout, rheumatoid arthritis and ankylosing spondylitis. We also take care of many allergic and autoimmune diseases such as asthma, systemic lupus erythematosus, Sjogren? syndrome, scleroderma, polymyositis, and vasculitis. We provide outpatient and inpatient service. Clinical pathology department provided good quality serology examination. There are two full-time visiting staffs, two part-time visiting staff and one subspecialty nurse treating patients with allergic, autoimmune and rheumatic diseases.
