The online telemedicine care platform was co-developed by FEMH and Far EasTone. If the patients with mild symptoms or without symptoms were admitted to the centralized quarantine center during the pandemic period, and the people were in need of medical treatment, the telemedicine APP can be adopted to schedule appointment with the doctor via videoconference. A dedicated vehicle will deliver the medicine with seamless care. During the most rigorous pandemic period last year, nearly 10,000 people have used the APP.
