  3. Crude estimate of carbohydrate absorption(minus dietary fiber)
  4. NutritionTable

Diabetes diet:

3 meals a day, control absorbed carbohydrate amount between 45 grams to 60 grams for every meal.
.Must control total carbohydrate amount strictly. Higher dietary fiber/Lower GI value are optional.
.Only intake food/beverage with negligible carbohydrate amount(eg. egg, chicken, konjac, make tea by yourself, black coffee with Nutrition Facts Label shows almost 0 carbohydrates) between meal if no hypoglycemia.

Weight control diet:

.Inadequate carbohydrate intake can reduce weight, but extremely low carbohydrate intake ± too long may cause ketoacidosis, hypoglycemia and gastroesophageal reflux disease.
.One of my cases reduced 5Kg within 5 days(without ketoacidosis/hypoglycemia/gastroesophageal reflux disease) with diet control alone. You may consult me for personal weight reduction plan and to monitor risk(s) of weight reduction.
