Application

A visitor visa is required for foreigners to enter Taiwan.

• Please send Basic Information Form, and a copy of medical records and medication list to International Patient Service Center via email or express delivery. Our medical team will evaluate your case.
• We will provide you treatment plan and estimated medical cost via phone or email.
• If you decide to receive treatments at FEMH, please contact us.
• We will provide you the documents needed for visa application.
• You can submit the visa application to the overseas mission of the Republic of China(ROC).
