實驗室簡介
退化性關節炎和軟骨缺損一直以來都是骨骼肌肉系統疾病中難以治癒的重大挑戰。這些疾病不僅影響著患者的生活質量,還造成他們的日常活動和運動能力造成了嚴重限制。為了應對這一挑戰,我們的實驗室致力於深入研究再生醫學和軟骨分化的機制,以開發創新的治療方法。我們的研究核心之一是專注於體內再生能力的探索。
我們致力於了解人體內自然的修復機制,特別是關節和軟骨組織的再生過程。我們研究的重點之一是來自髕骨下脂肪組織的幹細胞。這些幹細胞具有出色的分化潛力,並且在細胞治療和再生醫學中有巨大的應用潛力。我們的研究不僅關注如何從這些幹細胞中分離出高效價幹細胞,還包括研究它們在臨床治療中的應用,以及探索幹細胞衍生物外泌體的潛在作用。
我們的研究團隊積極尋求創新解決方案,並已成功申請了美國專利,涵蓋了幹細胞衍生物外泌體和細胞標誌的領域。這些成就反映了我們在科學研究和醫學領域的卓越表現。此外,我們的研究不僅關注退化性關節炎病患,還將目光投向寵物市場和臨床應用。我們與台灣知名生物技術公司合作,致力於開發新的治療項目,以改善寵物的健康狀況,同時擴展我們的研究成果,創造更多的產品價值。
我們的團隊由優秀的骨科主治醫師和研究熱忱的研究員組成,共同努力實現再生醫學產品的開發。近年來,我們也積極投入自體免疫疾病類風濕性關節炎的研究,旨在深入瞭解間質幹細胞和細胞衍生物在抗發炎和促進軟骨再生方面的功效和機制。我們熱切歡迎對這一領域有濃厚興趣的專業人士加入我們的團隊,共同攜手解決這些挑戰,為患者帶來更好的健康和生活品質。
